LIMITED WARRANTY. All Twin Tec branded products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year from date of purchase with the exception of products used for racing. Products used for professional racing will be warranted for 90 days. Any product which is determined by Daytona Twin Tec LLC to be defective in material or workmanship and which is returned to us, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage resulting from act of god, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Warranty is void if any connectors are cut off or cable is cut too short for reuse. There is no warranty on WEGO sensors. Daytona Twin Tec LLC makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages, including personal injury and/or engine damage, is expressly disclaimed. Daytona Twin Tec LLC’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid. Daytona Twin Tec LLC makes no express warranties other than the warranty expressly set forth herein, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
